A short comic about a doggie named Bosco who got a second chance. I just wanted to draw something cute today. Also I enjoy writing dialogue for dogs. So there you go. Bosco the dog.
I am very happy today because for the past week I have been really sick and today I finally feel well enough to draw pictures of dogs on my tablet.
This is Freddy, and he wants a second chance. :(
His story is actually inspired by a bio on a shelter dog I saw a while ago. But I find that it’s a common thing for dogs to not appreciate hugs from sticky little children. Or hugs and kisses in general! But my dogs do. Especially when I smell like peanut butter. Which is most of the time.
Stinky the dog never had a home. But maybe soon he will!
I don’t think people realize how much stray dogs need basic grooming, especially with longer hair. Matted fur and overgrown toenails must hurt! It’s no wonder that grimey looking doggies aren’t always friendly. Unfortunately most groomers won’t take them if they’re not vaccinated and all. So the moral here is groom your dogs! You’d be surprised how happy they are after a little haircut! :)
