I have to come to terms with the fact that I’ll need to exercise this summer.
It’s just that I lead a very sedentary life and I rarely move at all.
But the thing is, I can’t sleep if my body’s not tired. So if I want to sleep, I have to, ya know, move.
So yeah. I guess it’s random intervals of jogging in place for me.
