My name is Emily, the lovably sardonic killjoy and self-proclaimed vocabulary wizard that owns this blog. I am a diehard science enthusiast with a passion for quantum. I also enjoy a lot of medical sciences, biochemistry and all things neuro. I have an on-and-off thing with astronomy, and I spend my afternoons drinking ice water and arranging my Periodic Table refrigerator magnets around.

I love art as well, and have been known to paint and sculpt on occasion. I doodle on my tablet often. Mostly pictures of sharks. I like sharks. I play the upright bass, but not very well.

I can be a bit eccentric at times, I’ll admit. But I am a nice person, so never be afraid to talk to me. I love your feedback.

I try to post at least twice a day, and if I haven’t, that probably means Tumblr messed up my queue again.

I advise you to remain seated in a well lit area and maintain a safe viewing distance from the screen upon entering this blog. Maybe do some deep breathing exercises or something. Because it’s a doozy.
